Cathy Clancy, MHSA, CHE, Sr. VP & Chief Strategy Officer


Catherine Clancy left her position as Vice President at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Yonkers in 1999 to create Hudson Health Plan’s first provider relations department, and was responsible for leading expansions in Orange, Ulster, Dutchess and Sullivan Counties.  In her current role at the health plan, she leads planning and development activities as well as provider network oversight.  In addition, she leads Information Services for Hudson and the  Hudson Center for Health Equity & Quality (Hcheq), a health care policy organization established by Hudson, including licensing and implementation of FEEA™, an electronic enrollment system.

 

Clancy is a Diplomate of the American College of Health Care Executives. She earned a B.A. in Psychology at Mercy College and a Masters in Health Services Administration from Iona College.
