Cheryl Bordes, VP, Facilities Management

Ms. Bordes has been a key member of the Hudson Health Plan team since 1993.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Empire State College, and soon thereafter she was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Facilities.

Ms. Bordes was instrumental in the development of corporate staff training initiatives, guiding office operations and infrastructure management during critical growth years. Ms. Bordes was named Vice President for Facilities Management in 2003. 

As Hudson Health Plan continues to expand, Ms. Bordes is responsible for planning and acquiring additional space, both at the corporate headquarters and at field offices in six counties. Her responsibilities include major space acquisition, lease negotiations, site planning, disaster recovery planning, procurement, and back-office operations.
