Irene Dillon, Legal Counsel

Irene Dillon joined Hudson Health Plan as Legal Counsel in 1996.  She earned her degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Notre Dame, and her JD from Cornell University.

After working in the field of legal publishing for several years, Ms. Dillon's interest in public health issues led to a Masters in Public Health, with a specialty in health care administration, from Columbia University. 

Ms. Dillon's work background includes internships with the NYS Attorney General's Office, HIP, and Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center. She was admitted to the NYS Bar Association in 1985, and is currently a member of the NYS Bar Association's Health Law Section and the Westchester County Bar Association.
