Margaret Leonard, MS, RN, C, FNP, CM, VP of Clinical Services

As Vice President for Clinical Services at Hudson Health Plan, Ms. Leonard has developed case management programs to improve care and quality of life for thousands of its members.

Ms. Leonard is Chair of the American Nurses Credentialing Center Nurse Case Management Expert Panel; Chair of the CMSA Legislative Committee; Chair of New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA) Legislative Council, and a member of NYSNA Political Action Committee.  She has served on the American Accreditation HealthCare Commission/URAC Case Management Advisory Committee and has been involved in national research projects with the Center for Health Care Strategies. With the Medical Director of the New York State Department of Health's Office of Managed Care, Ms. Leonard co-chairs the statewide Case Management Work Group.

In addition, Ms. Leonard is an adjunct instructor at the College of New Rochelle, School of Nursing, where she teaches the politics of health care.  In 2006, Ms. Leonard received the National Case Manager of the Year Award from the Case Management Society of America (CMSA).
