How can I make a premium payment to Hudson Health Plan?

Pay Online!

For your convenience, Hudson Health Plan now accepts premium payments online using your Visa or MasterCard.

By mail or in person...

Payments must be received on or before 5:00 PM on the last business day of the month.
Payments may be made to Hudson Health Plan at any of the following locations:
