Membership Is Easy
At Hudson Health Plan, we believe that everyone has the right to be healthy and have access to the services necessary to stay healthy. We make it as easy as possible for anyone living in the counties we serve to determine their eligibility for the programs we offer. If you or a family member are eligible, we’ll help you enroll as quickly as possible.
Eligibility depends on the following key considerations:
- Family size
- Income
- Age of family member(s)
- Residency in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, or Dutchess counties
- In some cases, student or parental status.

Our friendly staff can help determine which of our three programs -- Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, and Family Health Plus -- is right for you. We’ll guide you through the enrollment process and help you identify the supporting documents needed to verify your eligibility.
Supporting documents are an important part of the application process. These may include a birth certificate and pay stubs or tax documents. Our Community Outreach Vehicles (COV) frequently visit neighborhoods in the areas we serve in order to provide information and help new member with their applications.
