Three Programs Just for You

The first step in enrolling with Hudson Health Plan is to see if you or your children qualify for one of our three programs; Medicaid Managed CareChild Health Plus, or Family Health Plus .  To do this, we will ask a few questions about the following:

  • Family size
  • Income
  • Age
  • Residency in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, or Dutchess counties
  • In some cases, student or parental status.

Eligibility guidelines are different for each program, so it’s always best to contact us to see which program is right for you. You can do this by contacting Customer Care  or calling 1.800.339.4557, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We’ll even arrange a convenient time for you to meet with one of our representatives.
